Constitution on Users of ChinaFactoryPro
ChinaFactoryPro (CFP) is a commercial information platform. The following Agreement is applicable for all registered users of CFP. If you want to use the service offered by CFP, you have to agree with this Agreement.
Acceptance
1. When you are using the service offered by CFP, you know and agree with all clauses under this Agreement.
2. This Agreement will be renewed if necessary. The modification made each time will be released instantly on CFP and become effective immediately.
3. If you would quarrel with the renewed Agreement, you have to abandon using the service offered by CFP. If you are keeping on using the service offered
by CFP, it means that you have accepted the renewed Agreement.
4. Unless there is a special declaration, some new function for enhancing the service will be applicable for this Agreement
5. This Agreement can only be modified by the persons with written authorization of CFP.
Qualification of Users
1. The users of CFP are companies which can bear relevant legal liability or individuals with disposing capacity. CFP cannot offer service to any company or individual without the qualification.
2. CFP requests its users to follow relative laws when using its service. However, CFP does not bear legal liability ff users can not obtain expected effect from using the information.
3. In accordance with the information it holds, CFP is entitled to intermit its service to those users who are illegally using the website.
4. CFP will not offer its service to those companies or individuals whose memberships have been cancelled temporarily or permanently by CFP.
Registration Terms
If you want to register for the membership of CFP, you have to agree:
1. To provide true, correct, prompt and complete registration information for applying the membership.
2. To maintain and renew the registration information instantly in order to keep it true, correct, prompt and complete. If the information which you provided is untrue, incorrect, not prompt or incomplete, CFP is entitled to suspend or terminate its service to you.
Logon ID, Password and Safety
When making registration, you can choose a logon ID and a password with your own will. You have to take charge of their confidentiality, and be responsible for all activities with your logon ID and password. You agree:
- 1. To report to CFP immediately if anybody else uses your logon ID and password without your authorization or if there is any action demolishing the safety.
CFP's Statement on the Information Collected
If you wish to become a member of CFP, you have to make registration and provide relevant information While you are registering at CFP to become its member, CFP needs to collect the information such as your name, Email address, etc. While you are browsing the website of CFP, the server will automatically collect your IP address. That IP address will only be used for sending you relative pages by the computer.
Only the members of CFP can make the actions such as releasing commercial information, looking over contacting method with other members, etc. CFP is entitled to examine, release or delete the information submitted by its members. All users shall bear complete liability independently for the correctness, completeness, promptness and validity of their information released. CFP will not bear any legal liability arising wherefore. CFP will not bear any legal liability under any condition for profit loss or any special, indirect or sequential damage arising from or related to its website, website service or this Agreement (no matter what kind of manner they arise in, including negligence).
The following information is strictly prohibited
1.Derogatory verbalism concerning religion, phyle or gender;
2.Annoying, abusing or threatening other users;
3.Information infringing any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, commercial secret or any other exclusive fights or privacy right.
4. Any other information violating laws or regulations related to internet.
CFP collects the information about Chinese suppliers and their products and the information about the demands of global purchasers. CFP constructs its database system and owns the copyright of relative information and website design. CFP shall keep the right to investigate and affix legal liability of any unauthorized copying or any commercial activities based on CFP without permission.
Unless the users permit or laws demand, CFP will not divulge the information of its users. CFP will provide relative information of its users under the following conditions
1. According with legal procedure;
2. Making response to the declaration violating a third party's rights and interests;
3. Protecting rights and interests of CFP, other users and public or safety of individuals.
Concerning privacy policy, please refer to the "Privacy Policy" of CFP.
Interlink age
There are interlink ages with other websites on the website of CFP. CFP has cooperative relationship with those websites interlinked. However, CFP has not judged and is impossible to judge those websites and the resource they offered the users themselves should judge the trueness and availability of the contents, advertisement, service and products' information on the websites interlinked via CFP. CFP shall not bear any legal responsibility to the users" loss caused by untrue contents, advertisement, service and products" information on those interlinked websites.
Charges
To register as a free member and use relevant service are free of charge. To register as an advanced member or choose other charged service, please refer to the relevant explanation for concrete charges on CFP. CFP reserves the right to revise the terms of charges. Once the terms of charges are revised, they will be explained on the pages immediately. Please notice that CFP is not responsible for the software and hardware, taxation and other charges arising from using service of CFP. CFP is entitled to change or no longer offer some or whole of its service at any time without notice in advance (temporary or permanent).
Termination
CFP is entitled to suspend or terminate its service against the following activities of the users. Once your member's service is terminated, you can neither release your information on CFP nor release your information via other members; at the same time, your registration information on CFP and all relative information will be deleted or chucked.
1. Using the releasing function of CFP to release excessively repetitive information;
2. Providing untrue personal information of the user;
3. Sending a great deal of information not related to business to the members of CFP without request or authorization;
4. Releasing commercial information in the name of other enterprises and making commercial activities;
5. Attacking the data, network or service of CFP;
6. Embezzling other's logo ID and/or password on CFP.
Declaration on Liability
Whereas there are many different reasons to cause link block between the users and the server of CFP and make CFP inaccessible, therefore, CFP does not bear legal liability for any result arising from the inaccessible website of CFP because of link block between network servers. CFP will do its every effort to decrease mistakes. However, CFP does not bear legal liability for the results produced by the wrong contents which may be contained in the information offered on the website. CFP does not guarantee its service and information. CFP does not bear legal friability for users' direct, indirect, occasional, special and punitive damage or any other damage arising from using CFP under any condition If you are not satisfied with part or all of CFP's service, your only measure for remediation is to stop using the service.
Declaration on Using the Information and Service of CFP
The risk arising from using CFP shall be borne by the users themselves. CFP neither bears responsibility for the contents found in the information released on CFP, nor guarantees promptness safety and correctness of the information; the users themselves should judge all information obtained via CFP and estimate its trueness and fakeness. CFP does not bear legal liability for damage of user's computer system or loss of their data, which arise from downloading or citing the data and information of CFP. CFP, its employees, owners and agents are neither responsible for users' damage or injury arising from using the information released on CFP, nor for users' decision or action made according to the information contents released on CFP. CFP, its employees, owners and agents do not bear legal liability for users' direct, indirect, occasional, special or any other damage arising from using or cannot using CFP's service, even ff the users were informed with the possibility of existence of damage.
Policy of Safety
CFP adopts a policy of safety. If any user touches off the safety mechanism of CFP, he will be temporarily or permanently prohibited to visit CFP again. At the same time, the information released by other users on CFP can not be looked over temporarily or permanently by that user.
Compensation
The users agree that they will compensate ChinaFactoryPro, its employees, owners and agents for any kind of claim, request, lawsuit, loss and damage (direct, indirect and expected) brought or arising from violating this Agreement or the terms and regulations brought into this Agreement via being mentioned, the users violate any provision of laws or infringe a third party's rights during the process when the users are using the service of CFP, no matter they are known or unknown, and including reasonable lawyer fee, investigation charge, etc. in order to protect ChinaFactoryPro, its employees, owners and agents against loss. Copyright Statement: the copyright of all contents on CFP belongs to ChinaFactoryPro. It is strictly prohibited to make copies partly or totally in any form without written permission of ChinaFactoryPro.
